| Rebates20% can be claimed back from the government by completing a MED 1 form on Therapy fees. Receipts will be supplied for all services to allow you to make appropriate claims. Speech and Language Therapy services are covered by some health insurance plans. You should contact your insurance provider to check what your plan covers. | |
| Payment Procedure: Fees are payable in full on the day of attendance. Payment options are either cash or cheque with a guarantee card. Unfortunately we do not have a credit card facility. A 50% deposit is required for all new assessments to secure appointment time. This is refundable if appointments are cancelled 48 hours prior to appointment time. |
