| Rebates20% can be claimed back from the government by completing a MED 1 form (available at http://www.revenue.ie/en/tax/it/claim-forms.html ) . Receipts will be supplied for all services to allow you to make appropriate claims. Speech and Language Therapy services are covered by some health insurance plans. | Payment Procedure:Fees are payable in full on the day of attendance. Payment options are either cash or cheque with a guarantee card. Unfortunately we do not have a credit card facility. A 50% deposit is required for all new assessments to secure appointment time. This is refundable if appointments are cancelled 48 hours prior to appointment time. | |
